Generally speaking, the moisture content to achieve ideal product characteristics must be 0. Less than 02%, but usually PBT has a moisture content of about 0.15% due to storage time, so it must be dried before use. Our recommended drying conditions are as follows:

The stagnation time and temperature of the material tube during ZW PBT molding are: at the general operating temperature (about 260℃), the material can stagnate in the material tube for about 8 minutes.
